  • How do I sign up for a course?

    To sign up for a course, you can do so directly via this website by clicking on the course of your choice OR you can purchase your preferred course via shop.kevinzahri.com.

  • How do I login to my course?

    After you have been enrolled in a course, you will need to login and access the course via your student dashboard. Please make sure you that you are logged and enrolled in the actual course. You can check your enrollment status via your student dashboard.

  • Can I make payment offline?

    Yes, you may opt to make payment offline via bank transfer to: Maybank KZ Events SDN BHD Account # 564892123290 Please send your payment receipt to kz@kevinzahri.com.

  • Will I have direct access to Kevin Zahri?

    Yes, in addition to the self-guided online course which are meant to be completed independently by the students, if you have any questions regarding the course material, you may reach out to Kevin via the various tools made available like in-course discussions, email, online support and our WhatsApp support.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

    Due to the nature of our online virtual courses, we do not offer any refund and/or return policies.

  • How long will I have access to the courses?

    Unless otherwise mentioned, access to all course are 1-year. After which, you will need to re-enroll.

  • How do I sign up for the seasonal “Bukan Soal Kurus” program?

    To sign up for our seasonal 8-week Bukan Soal Kurus program in collaboration with the Ministry of Health Malaysia, you will do to so via bukansoalkurus.com once registrations open.
